1. Quotation Request / How to Order
a) Specify shape, dimensions and number of pieces in each tabletop
b) Indicate the base style selected
c) Advise the delivery address, any special instuctions and date requested
d) A quotation / order acknowledged will be issued confirming all detail.

 

2. Pricing
All prices quoted and list prices are FOB our factory, Sydney. Where delivery is required freight will be added or as indicated on the price list. All prices quoted include packaging suitable for parcel transport. All documentation is based on current information at the time of printing. We reserve the right to make product variations, and changes to product and freight costs at any time without notice.

 

3. Returns
Product returns will be refused and not accepted without authorisation.
All returned product is subject to a 30% restocking charge.
Freight charges are not refundable. Any returned product must be returned freight prepaid and in the original packaging.
Eddings + Associates reserves the right to refuse the return of any bases which have been assembled, not in original packaging or manufactured to custom or special order.

 

4. Transport
Legal title to the merchandise passes to the buyer upon acceptance from the transport company. All cartons should be carefully checked for damage at the time of delivery and an advice provided within 48 hours.

 

5. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full prior to delivery. Orders over 10 bases or to custom specification shall require a deposit with the order.

 

6. Order Acknowledgement
All order details and a target dispatch date shall be indicated on the order acknowledgement. Any variations to the order specifications or delivery details should be made 24 hours from receipt. Any variations after this time may incur an order change charge.

 

7. Warranty
All products from Eddings + Associates are guaranteed free from defects due to workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of dispatch. We will repair or replace at our option any product that we determine to be defective as a result of faulty workmanship. In noevent shall our liability exceed the purchase of the products determined to be defective. The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence or abuse or as a result of fair wear and tear. This warranty is for the benefit of the original purchaser only and cannot be assigned or transferred.

 

8. Jurisdiction
The contact shall be governed by the laws in force in the State of New South Wales, Australia.
